Rig 40 Christening and TESS Tour
On July 11, two events took place in North Dakota; the annual operations visit by members of TESS (True Environmental, Safety and Security), and the christening of True Drilling Rig 40. They coincidentally took place on the same day, so all participants were able to enjoy both activities. The day started with a tour at Bridger Pipeline’s station at HWY 23. The group then went to the HWY 73 pipeline station, for a tour and overview of that stations activities. After that the group traveled to Rig 40, in Mandaree ND, for tours and lunch.

Rig 37 - Grand Opening
On October 8, 2014, 117 True employees travelled to Rig 37’s current well location in Converse County, WY. The two busloads of passengers first made a quick side step to Rig 28, in order to observe and be able to make comparisons between a mechanical working rig run by 7 diesel engines, and Rig 37 – an electrical AC Rig. Rig 37 is True Drilling’s newest drilling rig; it rigged up on its first well in late August of this year.
